Meet this week’s Belle of the Week: Laura Uchidiuno

Laura’s journey is one many women can see themselves in, balancing motherhood, a full-time career, and the quiet desire to build something of her own.

As a mother of three, Laura spent years working in corporate while feeling that pull for more, something she could grow, something that belonged to her. She even tried to pursue digital marketing earlier in life, but at the time, the demands of work and family made it difficult to continue. However, the dream didn’t go away.

Years later, a simple conversation at a reunion changed everything. Hearing a friend’s story of starting over made her pause and ask herself: “If she could do it, why not me?” That question became the beginning of her journey.

Laura returned to learning, enrolling in a digital marketing course and slowly finding her way into the digital space. What once felt overwhelming began to feel possible. She discovered digital products, leaned into it, and started building, step by step, alongside her everyday responsibilities.

Her journey wasn’t without challenges. Technology felt intimidating, creativity didn’t come naturally, and defining her offer took time. But instead of giving up, Laura chose to slow down, ask questions, and learn as she went.

Today, she is a Digital Income Strategist and the founder of Grow With Laura, where she helps beginners confidently step into the online space, position their businesses, and start generating income.

One of her proudest moments was building her own funnel from scratch, proof to herself that she could grow into spaces that once felt unfamiliar.

Beyond business, her greatest pride remains her children, watching them grow and thrive is at the heart of everything she does.

How she defines success:
Success, for Laura, is impact, building a business that genuinely helps people, creates meaningful connections, and makes a difference. The income is simply a reflection of that impact.

Her advice to Belle Sisters:
Show up as your true self. Go at your own pace, keep an open mind, and don’t be afraid to share your voice. This space works best when we support each other and grow together.

A life lesson she lives by:
Don’t be afraid to move forward and don’t be afraid to ask. The moment you ask, you open yourself up to guidance, support, and new opportunities.

Laura’s story is a reminder that you don’t have to have everything figured out to start. Growth happens when you take small steps, stay open, and keep going.
