With a passion for youth development and representation, she founded Professional Administrators of America Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and empowering young people through mentorship, cultural awareness, and community engagement.

Through this work, she has led impactful initiatives, from youth mentoring programs and intergenerational community activities to organizing cultural events like Juneteenth celebrations and providing support through food drives and community partnerships. Her mission has always been clear: to create opportunities where none existed and to help others unlock their full potential.

Building on this foundation, she went on to launch RiceGlobalEnterprise LLC, a business consulting concierge company focused on empowering individuals and businesses through education, awareness, and strategic action. Through her work, she helps bridge gaps, navigate funding opportunities, and build systems that support sustainable growth and legacy wealth.

Dr. Gennelle joined Belle Sisters because of the authenticity and genuine connection within the community. What she values most is the realness, a space where women can learn, laugh, grow, and simply be.

One of her greatest personal achievements is her family, the birth of her children, and building her legacy business. Professionally, earning her Doctorate of Philosophy in Christian Entrepreneurship stands as a defining milestone in her journey.
