Meet this week’s Belle of the Week: Millicent Olasanoye

Millicent’s journey is one shaped by both professional excellence and personal transformation.

With a background in healthcare operations, medical billing and coding, and patient care coordination, she has spent years working in high-pressure environments where precision and compassion are equally important. In her current role as a Crisis Referral Coordinator, she navigates complex, time-sensitive situations with empathy and clarity, showing up for others in moments that truly matter.

Alongside her professional growth, Millicent has been on a deeply personal journey of healing, self-discovery, and strengthening her faith. One of the most defining parts of that journey has been learning to release comparison and trust God’s timing, even when it didn’t make sense. That shift didn’t come easily, but it changed everything.

Today, she is also the founder of Tulip Eyes Makeup Artistry, a creative expression of her passion beyond the corporate space and a reminder that we can hold both structure and creativity in the same life.

What drew Millicent to Belle Sisters was the authenticity. From her first connection, it felt natural, and what she values most is the genuine support and sisterhood within the community. A space where women uplift one another, grow together, and show up without competition.

One of her proudest achievements isn’t just tied to a title; it’s who she has become. A woman who continues to grow emotionally, spiritually, and professionally, while holding onto her integrity and compassion in every space she enters.

How she defines success:
Success, for Millicent, is peace, alignment, and growth. It’s not just about achievements, but about becoming the person you’re meant to be through every season.

Her approach to challenges:
She has faced moments of disappointment when life didn’t go as planned. But instead of becoming discouraged, she chose growth. By leaning into her faith and becoming more self-aware, she learned that not every loss is a setback; sometimes, it’s redirection.

Her advice to Belle Sisters:
Stay true to who you are, even when it feels uncomfortable. You don’t need to shrink to fit into any space that was meant to expand because of you, and remember, your journey is your own, so grow at your own pace.

A life lesson she lives by:
Trust God’s timing, even when it doesn’t make sense. Sometimes delays are not denials; they are preparation for what’s ahead.

Millicent’s story reminds us that growth isn’t always loud or visible, but it is always meaningful.
