Youseline is an HR executive, entrepreneur, and leadership strategist passionate about building people, strengthening workplace culture, and helping leaders grow with clarity and confidence.

Her work sits at the intersection of people, culture, and leadership development. As the Founder of YP Personnel Management & Consulting (YPPMC), she partners with organizations to design stronger people systems through consulting, coaching, and training that help teams thrive. She is also the host of the Ask HR! Podcast, where she creates space for real conversations between employees and leaders, offering practical HR insights, shared perspectives, and solutions that improve how people work together.

Beyond her corporate and consulting work, Youseline is deeply committed to community and women’s leadership development. She leads the Gladiators Collective, engages in executive leadership spaces, and continues to expand her journey into authorship while balancing life as a mother, wife, and entrepreneur.

Before joining Belle Sisters, she was already serving as a Chief People Officer while building her consulting firm, podcast, and leadership communities. Her journey reflects a life of constant growth, balancing leadership, entrepreneurship, family, and personal development all at once.

One of her proudest achievements is her ability to evolve across different seasons of life while continuing to show up fully in every role she carries. 

Her journey has also come with challenges. Relocating required her to rebuild her professional identity and networks from the ground up, while also adjusting to new environments and expanding her visibility as a leader and entrepreneur. She continues to navigate the demands of scaling her consulting business while growing her platforms across podcasting and leadership communities.

How she defines success:
For Youseline, success is about consistency, integrity, and impact, building something meaningful that outlives her while staying grounded in purpose and family.

What keeps her motivated:
Her family and the shared vision she and her husband hold for building a legacy through entrepreneurship, growth, and purpose-driven living.

Stay rooted in who you are while growing into who you are becoming. Your voice, experiences, and perspective are assets; use them boldly and protect your energy by being intentional about your environment.
